Terms and conditions of Apartments La Rives

Our cancellation conditions, travel cancellation insurance and other important information for a carefree holiday in Val Gardena in the La Rives holiday apartments.

Payment

You can pay your bill in cash, by cheque or by bank transfer. We do not take credit or bank cards.

Cancellation conditions

If something comes up, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellation is as unpleasant for you as it is for us.

For cancellation up to 2 months before arrival, a cancellation fee (30% of the total) will be charged if new guests cannot be found.
For cancellations up to 1 month before arrival, we will charge 50% of the agreed total if new guests cannot be found.
From 14 days before arrival, we charge 90% of the booked apartment price if new guests cannot be found.

Please understand that when arriving late or departing early, or in the case of unused beds, we still have to charge the full apartment price. We recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance.

For smokers

Our building is a non-smoking building. We ask that you only smoke on the balcony or the terrace.

Animals

We hope you understand that we do not allow pets.

Arrival and departure

We would like to inform our guests that the holiday apartments are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 9:30 on the day of departure. Thank you!
